Consistent Quality Support is a dynamic and innovative Children, Young People and Young Adult Support Service. Our business successfully delivers frontline care services to children, young adults, their families and local authority clients. Our purpose is to provide outstanding care to the UK’s most vulnerable and difficult to place children and young people within a supportive and understanding environment of residential care.
Working in conjunction with local authorities, we deliver a range of care and other specialist services which offer best value, whilst ensuring the best possible outcomes for each child. We offer a bespoke package to each and every child or young person. Each of our young people receives a minimum of 2-1 staffing support, allowing them to thrive and receive dedicated staff members, who have the right experiences, qualifications and training to be able to cater to their individual needs. As a company, we benefit from a vast array of skillsets and know-how, allowing our children or young people to develop and realising their truest potential, whilst being happy and feeling valued.
We are committed to providing care to children/young people on a long/medium/short-term basis depending on their needs. Our homes provide a holistic, safe, stimulating and supporting family environment, where any child/young person cared for can live, learn and develop. Our homes are designed to provide a high standard of care and accommodation for young people.
Our staff are a therapeutic, dedicated, diverse and professional team. We pride ourselves on working together, creating a friendly and caring atmosphere. We aim to provide a safe, secure family home, acting as role models and mentors. All of Consistent Quality Support staff are trained in PACE therapeutic ‘parenting’ techniques to ensure all young people are able to thrive and feel secure and supported in their new home.
Children and young people in our care, along with the staffing team are supported to empower each other, to ensure that not only children and young people feel valued and respected but also our staff team.
Our fortes include effective communication, being trustworthy, but most of all caring and wanting to achieve the best outcomes for our young people. We have high hopes for any child/young person who reside with us. We emphasise the importance of education and celebrate achievements. We aim to provide the children/young people with the vital skills they need to go on to lead independent and fulfilled lives.
Our aim for the Children and Young people who are placed with us is for them to have the tools and skills to go on to achieve independence, or in some cases, return to the family home.
