Hasland House is a modern semi-detached property, with many attractive and practical features, including good sized rooms and an enclosed garden. The home is currently not accessible to wheelchair access; however, adaptations can be made should the young person’s needs change. The garden is to the rear of the property and is enclosed and thoughtfully designed to create a safe and imaginative environment for children and young people. The bedrooms are furnished and equipped to a high standard and decorated in neutral tones. The communal space includes a living room equipped with a DVD player, TV and a variety of games and DVDs. The home has a new kitchen which provides for a homely, friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is a good size for preparation and consumption of meals, by both staff and children/young people.

Staff are provided with sleeping accommodation in the form of their own bedroom next door to the child/young person and an additional room on the top floor.  Our child friendly room can be tailored to the child’s needs or requested such as a sensory room, Gym, Gaming room or dance studio.
